Nordea 1 Västra Hamngatan Inom Vallgraven

I filled out the online form to open an account, and a few days later Nordea called me to book an appointment. I was attended before the scheduled time by a very friendly and efficient employee (she was Turkish, but I don’t remember her name even though I asked twice 😅). My account was ready in just a few minutes, and she explained everything clearly. Just like she said, two days later my account number and card were already available in the app. Great experience!

Very nice staff, and the service is super good. There are some general things that are a bit odd, but they can’t really do a lot about them. Overall, they are really helpful.

I’ve been twice to this Nordea and I’ve got great service and treatment from them. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Service times are from 10am to 1pm if I am not wrong and they recommend you to make an appointment through the app. (But if you don’t have an app like I did, you can just go there and get in line).

I was able to get an appointment and set up a bank account in one week (while other mainstream banks told me some absurd waiting times likes 2-6 months). The staff was very helpful and friendly and everything was set up very smoothly!
