We waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told, "Our customer queue is full until July." Seriously? Meanwhile, the counters were empty, with no one being served. Right behind me was a blonde woman—she was immediately invited inside to become a customer. But for us—those who aren’t from the EU—we all received the same rejected. R...Oh no, of course not—because Sweden is known for being so "equality," right?

I was cautious because of previous reviews but I came at midday on a Thursday and there was no queue, and my matter (BankID renewal) was taken care of by a nice lady without needing an appointment. So 5 stars from me!

In most countries, customer is a king. But in Swedbank, it’s opposite. I really hope that robots /AI should replace the so called Swedbank personnel. It takes 1-2 hours to connect with via telephone,3-6 days to get a reply over the email, 4-8 days to visit someone in the office, 15-30 to get the job done. OMG, I can’t believe that it’s happening in Swedbank. Such a pathetic service.

Unpleasant, unprofessional behavior by those who are supposed to be there to help customers. You have to wait more than three weeks in order for your application to be processed, then revisit the bank again to complete the procedure of opening an account. I'm really ashamed that arrogant people can get to work in such a place.
