After we wait 30 minutes we get pretty much no help at all and just some forms to fill out with no help at all from the lady from the desk. When I ask her to help me she says I must figure out alone and then again to take in line to approve the documents. Of course we left,much more better service in Farsta. I can say they have unqualified employees and poor communication. The worst customer service ever.
