The worst department of Swedbank Booked an appointment face to face with one mam, then when came for that appointment, they said that I’m not booked at all. After, 20 minutes of proving that I had an appointment for this time, they started servicing me (the same woman that forget to write down my time for appointment btw). I filled all papers and got told that she would call me next day. In 3 days after that appointment 0 calls detected from that bank. Please recheck your staff in this department, haven’t ever had experience worse than this. 0/10

Completely unable to do wire transfers to US or BR, allegedly due to “money laundering issues”, even with all contracts, documentation and forms fullfilled in hands, causing me extra charges and stress. Seems like the staff and management have hands tied to “compliance department” and are totally unempowered and unable to take responsible decisions. APP and cards work fine, though very limited functions. We be cancelling this account and moving to another bank. It caused me a EUR 600 penalty due to taxes that the bank caused for total lack of understanding.

Most trouble I've encountered when trying to do something that was supposed to be simple. I order a bankcard from swedbank and its supposed to arrive within a week. It doesn't arrive, however the code arrives in the second week of waiting but not the card. That forces me to go to the bank and ask about the card. Their response is that in their system it says its arrived and that doesn't make sense to me since I don't have the card. That same day we order a new card that will arrive in the bank. They tell me to wait 3-5 days and I will receive a call and I can pick my card, I wait 2 weeks without receiving a call, so once again I'm forced to go to the bank and ask about the whereabouts of my card. They start blaming it on postnord so I ask them why they can't just contact them, and they say that they can't. I've been waiting for a month for something that was supposed to arrive in 1 week. To this day I still don't have the card. Terrible service.

Very dissatisfied. No respect towards foreigners. Not welcoming at all. Booked a meeting with the bank to discuss over some investment plans. They refused to provide information in English and said they have a rule at swedbank that they do not discuss investment opportunities in English. I mean in that case you should not lurk the international/english speakers to open bank accounts in your bank if you continue to discriminate us when it comes to providing services. I had to go to the bank taking few hours off from my job for nothing.

Never go there, those people are really rude and have no respect towards foreigners. For them any foreigner with savings in another EU bank equals to a money laundering suspect, without even looking at your profile. In another bank we managed to get things done quickly and with much more respect towards us as customers. Just avoid this bank by all means!
