Terribly bad customer service. I get the feeling that they would rather not see you or get rid of you as soon as possible. Gives incorrect information, is careless and seems to have poor knowledge. Says the opposite of what customer service said on the phone. If this staff worked in a store, they would have gone bankrupt a long time ago. Don't be a customer of this bank, I'm just saying. They should have minus five stars!

I have a matter with estate inventory and subsequent inheritance, and when I asked about getting a booked appointment at the Skövde office, the clerk said that there is currently a waiting time of just over two months for me. I thought the banks were doing pretty well these days, that they could afford to have more than three or four poor people in customer service in a city with 55,000 inhabitants.
