Impossible to get in touch with anyone to book an appointment for a visit after the bank's request by letter to let me know if I want to remain a customer.

Unprofessional treatment where the customer is not the focus. Got completely wrong information from a young inexperienced officer who did not know his powers and did not know what he promised to do. Been in contact with the office who only turns away. Do it again and do it right is my tip for this local office. Will end EVERYTHING with Swedbank

As a customer, I unfortunately cannot recommend this bank/branch to anyone. Incredibly cumbersome and complicated processes due to antiquated legacy systems. Swedbank takes more time from you than the value they provide, could have been solved so easily with a little ambition. Don't make the same mistake as me, choose a more modern and more customer-centric bank instead.
