I am a client of Swedbank. I requested the "Betalningar till utlandet" service, but the bank employee was not professional enough and could not help me. I previously contacted by e-mail, and they directed me to the Bank, I did not achieve anything, it is a wasted day.

0 customer service. 0 respect, no manager on duty to talk to,I was customer for 8 years this going to end now.

Bank management doesn't see reviews!!! , doesn't see the unsatisfied customer experience .

Been on wait for more than an 1 1/2 hours to see a banker to set up electronic payments for my account. Service extremely slow.
