Oskar who works at the bank is completely incompetent, it's unbelievable that he works at a bank. I wouldn't want him to even sell used cars. Unpleasant, don't know what the rules are at the bank, working against you. Talking about completely different things that you came to talk about. If there was a minus to put, it would have been. Luckily there are several Swedbank branches to turn to. Or maybe change banks
