I recently moved to Sweden and I didn't know how the system works. The bank employees made everything simple for me. The only thing I can say to those wonderful people is....a big thank you all

Horrible service, queues all the way to the road and they don't let people in. On the days they are open you can wish for good service but they can't even do that

The absolute worst service in the world. They refuse to help with problems and the older staff who have been there for a long time are rude. Then there are a maximum of 20 people in the premises at the same time. There is usually a queue all the way to the square 30-50m after they changed opening hours to an hour a day.

I am retired and moved to Finland, the bank has blocked my accounts because of a poorly filled questionnaire, I can't find the bank ID and I don't have a five digit code so I have no way to reach the bank, it's been 3 months now. I don't know what the hell to do.

Mother-in-law, 85 years old, wanted to change a fixed interest account, and was told that you can use a computer here!! But 85 years old and with poor computer skills have a hard time with this. I think we can help the elderly in a better way. Is there any staff member who is helpful according to the mother-in-law.
