Very bad service. They open whenever they want, and on the days they're supposed to be open, they don't open. The security guards say that some days they arrive whenever they want because there's no supervisor.

Hello, I applied for the Acua card here, but I'm going to return it. I made only one purchase electronically, and they added unemployment insurance to my account without informing me, charging me 21,200 pesos. Also, on the fifth day after receiving it, I tried to make a purchase in person, but I couldn't because the card's chip was defective. I went to get it replaced, and they charged me 21,000 pesos for the replacement, even though the card they gave me was defective. I also had to pay to bring my account up to date. They told me I could call and cancel it 24 hours after the payment. Then, 24 hours later, they charged me another 500 pesos, and I don't know why. Honestly, it's frustrating. If this is how it's starting, I can't imagine what will happen later.
