BBVA 1366 Avenida Calle 85 Rincón del Chico

This is the second time I've come to this branch, and it's always the same. They have seven service windows, but only one woman works at the teller window. Nothing gets done. I ask questions before taking a number, they tell me one thing, and then they keep passing me around to the people on the second floor. If you can go to another bank, do it immediately.

The service from the advisors on the second floor was terrible. The bank was completely empty; I was the only one waiting and waited 30 minutes for them to call me. They never did. I went upstairs to ask if the service was still delayed, and they told me they were only calling people with appointments starting with the letter V. I had an L appointment, and they still wouldn't help me, even though they were standing around doing nothing, and I was pregnant.

Terrible customer service. Incredibly slow for a simple transaction. This bank is still a dinosaur.

I'm leaving this bank. The service at the tellers and customer service is the worst. You have to wait half an hour for two people ahead of you to complete the transaction the teller wants. Think twice before going to this branch and doing business with this bank.

The service at this branch is terrible; there's no customer service, and the tellers are aware of all the bank's transactions... very poor information.
