They no longer accept cash deposits. They have a QR code to request an appointment. It takes 20 minutes, and you can't get in because they no longer accept small amounts except through ATMs. The ATM is congested because the girls no longer accept cash. And then the ATM says that the account is not for collections. They don't provide any information anywhere.

I count 9 people in the branch waiting to be served, of the 5 enabled windows only one person serves, another left without dispatching the users, another person goes around the branch trying to do the processes virtually, the paradoxical thing is that BBVA is extremely ineffective in terms of virtual banking, which means that the resource circulating through the branch is a waste, but the worst thing is not that, the worst thing is that despite the multiple complaints on Google BBVA continues to do nothing to improve the user experience, I do not recommend this bank, it is very expensive for the terrible services it offers, there are many better ones.

This bank has terrible wait times. For a simple deposit, I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes. There's no priority for senior citizens. The tellers attend to one customer and then leave their posts for more than 10 minutes. Awful.

The service is terrible; they always make customers wait two or three hours for a simple transaction. There aren't enough staff to operate the registers, and when you complain about the delay, the employees are extremely rude. It's disrespectful, especially to elderly people who are there to collect their pensions. Degrading. NEVER RECOMMENDED!!!!
