Ladrones! Stay away from this bank. Terrible customer service. Hidden fees. Long lines. Useless!
I've been trying to complete a transaction for two days now, and they only have four people working for over 20 people waiting. Both days I've waited for more than an hour and a half, and they haven't resolved my issue. This bank is a disgrace. The app doesn't even work. A woman even called the police because she was desperate with the incompetence of this place.
Terrible service and very slow waiting times; today there are only two people working.
Two-hour queues and they serve you standing up, which is incredibly uncomfortable, for matters that should be handled at a table. They don't offer appointments. On top of that, they prioritize people ordering products. Terrible service from the employees.
The worst service: insufficient staff, no shifts, no parking, no solutions, and the bank that promotes technology turns out to be the most outdated of all.
