Up to two hours waiting for advice. There aren't even any machines on duty. Ugh, ugh. I don't recommend it.
Terrible customer service. Only one teller window for payments. Lines up to two hours long. They should be ashamed of themselves for not being able to compete with other banks. If they weren't so generous with the teachers' union, I'd leave.
There are endless queues and sometimes the ATMs experience system outages.
They're the ones who work the least. How is it possible that there isn't a BBVA bank open on a Saturday and nothing can be done by phone?
