This is outrageous! How is it possible that a simple credit card inspection takes three and a half hours of waiting, and then only ten minutes to resolve with an advisor? The management or coordination at this office is the worst. There's no one to maintain order or establish any customer service standards. The service is terrible. How is it possible that I arrived before many other people, and they served those who arrived after me first? What an incredibly disorganized office!
More than 2 hours to wait to be served with an appointment; there is neither a security guard nor an advisor or staff at the door to help senior citizens request an appointment with the QR code.
The worst banking service I've ever experienced. The lack of respect for people, two-hour waits, and mediocre service. They'd be better off closing down and going on strike instead of wasting people's time, most of whom are elderly and have to endure long waits. It's like a health insurance provider, with the same service model and no consideration for the customers who pay their salaries.
The service is terrible, the waiting time is up to 2 hours to be served whether or not there are people waiting, and they ignore you if you ask for your turn.
I've been to several banks, but this one has the worst service. How is it possible that it took almost two hours to be served when I was only 10 numbers ahead? Many teller windows were empty, and they don't give physical receipts. It's very inefficient, to be honest. The girl who helped me was somewhat decent, and they do announce the order of service. Otherwise, it was terrible. A big thank you to the security supervisor who gave us some information this morning. I hope they improve. I thought BBVA was one of the best, but even the local credit union in my town has better service.
