They didn't RESPECT the credit card insurance for disability
They don't use QR codes to schedule appointments as BBVA promises. They don't make it easy for customers to be served faster; they're served in order of arrival and the processes are unclear. The service from the administrative and organizational side of the branch is very poor, resulting in a very bad service experience.
Terrible. A bank with only one teller on the second floor, and there's only one person there, and they're not even there. A bank like this is useless to us. The woman who gives out the numbers gives people free rein for not using the QR code. Poor presentation.
It's recommended to arrive early so the process is very quick. To get your number, you must scan a QR code. If you go during peak hours, like at any bank, it will take time to complete the process.
Lo peor de lo peor....solo 2 cajeros que por cliente se demoran más de media hora y hacen roña para que les llegue la hora del almuerzo para dejar a todos esperando y no tienen en cuenta que la mayoría son personas de la tercera edad
