The service is quite poor, starting with management who hadn't started work by 9:30 am; they were chatting and drinking coffee. Both management and advisors were there, and there were only two cashiers to serve more than three people waiting.

Terrible customer service at the BBVA branch in Fontibón. Over three hours of waiting without receiving adequate attention or clear information. The organization is poor, and the customer's time doesn't seem to matter. What was most concerning was the manager's attitude, who showed complete indifference to the complaint, offering no solutions, explanations, or even an apology. A very negative experience that leaves much to be desired from a bank like BBVA. They definitely need to improve customer service and management at this branch.

It says continuous hours and the app says open, but they go out for lunch for more than two hours.

Their customer service is terrible; there are too many teller windows and too few staff members—it's ridiculous. The wait time for appointments is over half an hour... Truly one of the worst banks I've ever been to.

If a company wants to treat its employees badly, they should put their payroll accounts with this bank. It doesn't get any worse than this; what terrible service!
