BBVA 93-61 Avenida Carrera 15 Rincón del Chico

Terrible. There's no customer service whatsoever. When trying to close an account, the teller Luis Enrique Gutiérrez at the downtown branch 93 gives the wrong account number. They don't accept payments unless they're over 2 million pesos and send you to pay at a payment center. He's incredibly rude, and yes... they spend their time drinking coffee while people wait, and there are only two tellers working. It's a terrible thing for an institution to have "employees" like this.

The worst experience of my life. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to pay. Out of 7 available registers, only 2 cashiers were working. The chairs are incredibly uncomfortable, and the cashiers took 20 minutes with each customer. If you can avoid opening products here, all the better.

Everything's wrong... There's only one person at the register, and they don't call out the numbers... The office manager prefers to argue with customers instead of offering a solution.

It's the worst service I've ever received in a bank branch. Anything, no matter how simple, like a basic payment at the teller window, takes over an hour and a half. Go with plenty of time.

The service is terrible. The people who work there don't know how the bank works, they're very rude, and they don't answer questions. No wonder the 93rd Street branch is always empty.
