Well, I didn't believe the reviews since they were a bit mixed, but I realized that the process is indeed very slow, whether at the checkout or for customer service, but it's much slower for customer service. There were three advisors, but only one was actually helping... I got tired of waiting and had to leave. More than just bad service, it's deficient and unfriendly to customers.

Today I went to the offices. I thought it would take two hours or more, based on the reviews I'd read, but it didn't. I arrived at 9:35 am and left at 9:55 am (yes, only 20 minutes). Upon arrival, you scan a QR code and go to the bank's website. I select the option I need, enter my ID number, and a number is generated. Then you just keep an eye on the screen to see when they call you. (It was 15 minutes.) The service was accurate, clear, and quick.

The ATM at Mosquera Park closes very early

Functional ATMs, be careful. A gang of one woman and two men block the ATMs, then withdraw money. They approach you to help you withdraw, and they steal your card and money. Inside the bank, service is very slow and there are a lot of people. You have to wait in line for an hour or more.
