The service is terrible. There are only two advisors for absolutely all procedures and transactions, and it's incredibly slow. They open at 9:00 AM, but service doesn't actually begin until 9:30 AM. They don't have security personnel, and they don't have any branches with extended hours. Overall, this bank is awful in terms of service, offices, staff—in absolutely everything. The only exception is the woman in general services.

One of the worst BBVA branches in the area, it only has two tellers who perform double duty: receiving cash transactions and serving customers. The employees' exhaustion and work-related stress are evident. Two hours to make a deposit is disrespectful to customers.

The service is terrible, starting with the fact that they are taking 30 minutes to attend to a person, and as if that were not enough you have to stand in line because it is not even open for the customer to sit in the chairs to wait their turn, they have the chairs to decorate the room.

They always have problems when it rains; supposedly they put out a notice explaining the issue. The worst part is that if it was working normally, I advise you not to go when it rains. They simply don't want to work, even though they don't get wet.

The worst service, a single line or order for everything, three workstations and only one advisor working. Very long wait times on average per shift.
