Excellent service; it's a bit small for the number of customers it has, but the service and attention are good.
My experience at the Banco de Bogotá Business Center was positive. The service was quick, as there weren't many people, which made my transactions easier. I arrived between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m., and although there was security, the surroundings made me feel more at ease. The staff has always been very friendly and efficient, which makes everything run smoothly. I made a deposit, and as always, it was a quick and easy process.

The service is friendly. It's open all day, which is very helpful.
It also has ironing facilities on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is a branch of the Banco de Bogota Colombia. the staff and management give personable and professional good service.

If you are a resident foreigner, forget this bank as they discriminate against non citizens. If you go to open an account, they won't accept your cédula de extranjería as ID. They ask for additional documents, including copyright of your visa, which is ilegal, as the cedula is the only document you need.
I recommend you look for another bank. Just cross the street to Davivienda and they will open an account in 10 minutes with your cédula, without additional requirements.
I see they replied to my post, asking me to contact them on their "fan page". I don't want to be a fan. I want to be treated fairly, without discrimination. I reply to them, instead of ofuscation, change your discriminatory policies.
The wait time for the car-free day was over 45 minutes.
After waiting that long, I met a male advisor in module 1, who had absolutely no customer service skills, including greetings, introductions, and even eye contact.
I would have preferred a machine to help me. It seemed disrespectful, not only for being a preferred customer but for the mere fact that I'm a person.
I'm considering canceling my portfolio, not only because of the terrible service but also because of the excessive interest charges on one installment of my credit card.

For me, I would give it 0 stars. An advisor who doesn't even know what he's doing was going to cancel an account and did it wrong. He had to take my fingerprints like 20 times because he made a mistake. I had to stay until he did other things until he finally did it correctly. They also left me waiting last when they had already closed and the boss wasn't opening because he was doing other things. In other words, after they do things wrong, they make me wait and waste my time as if it were worthless. Terrible customer service. It's good that I already canceled my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.
