There is no order in the calling of shifts, they do not call according to the arrival time and supposedly it is a continuous workday, but during the lunch hour only one advisor remains, so the service is very delayed.
As others have mentioned, waiting in line is AWFUL. I've been here for 46 minutes and seeing people who arrive after me get served first... how is it possible that at 2:45 pm there's only one advisor? It's TERRIBLE. I'm going to wait until it's my turn and then I'll just cancel...
The advisors take their time, they don't call in order of arrival, the service is too slow
I've never received such bad service at a bank; the process was incredibly slow, the wait time was long, and the service was terrible.
