Terrible service. Four cashiers and only two staff members. Here are the awful opening hours for a shopping center.

The worst service of any bank. We've been waiting for over an hour and a half and no one has helped us. And when we asked the Head of Services for help, he just callously said everyone has their turn and has to wait. 🤯

This bank, besides feeding off your money, is extremely inefficient, with reprocessing that forces customers to visit the branch countless times. When doing your business here, double-check everything a thousand times before leaving because they don't know the procedures, and they have no communication whatsoever with customer service. They are a terrible option for managing your money or applying for loans.

Always the delay in service, they give appointments that don't appear on the screen and they never call. Solution: go to Bancolombia and I'm a satisfied customer. I see that complaints about the same issue are quite frequent. We try to help them but it's just not possible.

They generally don't have enough staff at the registers; they should implement a queue management system or better organize the lines. What's the point of separating a customer line from a non-customer line if, at the cashiers' discretion, they prioritize the line that's longer?
