Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. First, you take a number like you're at a deli counter from the 1950s, then you sit there wasting your life away while they ignore you for what feels like hours. Occasionally, someone half-heartedly yells out a number like we're living in the Middle Ages—no speaker system, the screen is only for decoration, just random shouting with wrong numbers. Blink and you'll miss it. And if you do? Too bad. They just go on like nothing happened, and you're stuck waiting the entire day all over again. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and downright infuriating. Avoid at all costs.

It's unbelievable that there are 20 advice desks and none of them are working; it takes 1 hour to get through 2 shifts.

A terrible experience. The tellers didn't know the procedures and took unnecessary action against me. I don't recommend going there. The wait times are extremely long, and it feels like it's not efficient. I spent the entire morning there until noon, and they still hadn't resolved my issue. If you have the chance, don't miss it; look for another branch.

It's not a fast branch; it gets very busy and you have to wait at least half an hour.

The hours say until 6 pm, but they close at 3 pm. Bad experience.
