My experience at the Banco de Bogotá Business Center was positive. The service was quick, as there weren't many people, which made my transactions easier. I arrived between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m., and although there was security, the surroundings made me feel more at ease. The staff has always been very friendly and efficient, which makes everything run smoothly. I made a deposit, and as always, it was a quick and easy process.

For me, I would give it 0 stars. An advisor who doesn't even know what he's doing was going to cancel an account and did it wrong. He had to take my fingerprints like 20 times because he made a mistake. I had to stay until he did other things until he finally did it correctly. They also left me waiting last when they had already closed and the boss wasn't opening because he was doing other things. In other words, after they do things wrong, they make me wait and waste my time as if it were worthless. Terrible customer service. It's good that I already canceled my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.

I asked for a 4 x 1000 waiver on my savings account, and after 13 days, they were still charging me. I went to the bank three times in person for nothing, because they always told me I had to go in person through that garbage Servilínea. And I still lost 50,000 pesos due to the ineptitude of these North Point advisors. Terrible bank and its archaic services that are as if we were still in the 90s. I made three PQR complaints, including one that I took in person to file, and they never responded to my questions. It's clear they never read a single one of my damn complaints. For my part, I'm leaving this nefarious organization, and I hope those who see this don't fall into the trap of opening products with Banco de Bogotá. They're inept and they'll make you lose your savings.
