Do NOT withdraw money at this bank with a foreign card. They offer extremely bad exchange rates. If you decline to withdraw money, their automats will still give you the money at the worst possible exchange rate. It is really a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves!
What terrible service! They ignored my number, claiming they called me twice while I was there, but they never did. They forced me to make another appointment, waiting over three hours just to replace my card. Awful.
Congratulations to the store designer; that's the only thing it has going for it. The service is terrible, the customer information is deplorable, and "simple" procedures literally take hours. Awful, awful service, terrible experience, and above all, a terrible bank. This isn't the only branch where I've had a bad experience.
