Every month I come to this Banco de Bogotá branch, the wait times are far too long. This time, I was one turn away from being served, and it took exactly 42 minutes for them to call me. Whenever these situations arise, your response is always that you regret the experience and that one should contact you through social media. However, I believe it is essential to improve the service, as this situation occurs frequently at several branches of the bank. Today, for example, there were no more than 20 customers waiting, which raises the question of why these service times are so long. Additionally, I had to go to a branch again to make a payment that should be possible online, but the payment platform is also malfunctioning. I also want to mention that when one tries to seek guidance by writing to the advisor who initially assisted me with this transaction, no response is received. A month later I returned, as was my responsibility, since it wasn't possible to pay for the product online either—it simply isn't possible. When I called, the response was that I had to go to a physical office. A month ago, I mentioned it from another account, and the response was, "We hope your next visit will be different." Well, nothing has changed; I've been waiting for almost 40 minutes. Oh, and another comment. One of the sales representatives at this branch helped me with this product, and it was easier for him to block me from asking any questions other than helping me find a solution. The service is incredibly slow. I've been here for over 50 minutes and no one is helping me. I'm four in line and the wait is unbelievable. There are only two tellers for so many people. I tried paying with the app and that didn't work either. They made me come all the way here, and it's a terrible waste of time. This is happening at every branch of @bancobogota. This is unbelievable. What a lack of respect. The response is to write to them on social media, that they'll help you there.

The girl who gives out the numbers has a terrible temper. She's disrespectful. They should have more humane people in that position. I'm never coming back to this office.

The online process is awful; the option to activate the card through the app doesn't work, and they force you to spend your weekend hours standing in an endless line at the office. There are only three advisors working in the processing area. What a lack of professionalism and respect! I've been standing here for two hours. Outrageous!
