The service at the first-floor branch is terrible. They don't respect the assigned queues, and many people cut in line. Customer service is awful, a real rip-off!
I visited the Banco de Bogotá branch at the Santa Fe shopping center on Autopista Norte #45-03. They have no security. I was escorted out of the bank by a woman who intimidated me with a firearm and showed me two men who were with her. They threatened me. I left the bank and they took all the money I had. In this day and age, an institution that manages so many employees and has no security.
