Terrible customer service; one advisor spends over an hour with the same client. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe it!
The service from the advisors is too slow, they spend a lot of time with a single client, and on the other hand, they don't have the support of a person who controls the people who enter the premises.
Be prepared to spend about two hours in line. They have three advisors, but only one is available, and the head of services is completely useless.
What a nightmare coming to this bank! You waste at least two hours of your time here. The customer service representatives are either gossiping or spend an hour talking to a single customer. Plus, there are only two people on duty, and at lunchtime there's only one left because they take turns going to lunch. They simply don't have the capacity to handle the volume of customers who come in. It's terrible.
Activating my credit card, with my slip in hand: I waited 40 minutes, only to have four people cut in front of me... the worst service. Therefore, I abandoned my intention to activate said card. NO.
