Their advisors are extremely slow. You can wait over half an hour with a single person, even an hour; there isn't enough space for the number of people who get stuck waiting for service. There seems to be no interest in improving; the head of this office doesn't seem to care at all and doesn't seem to try to improve user satisfaction or do anything about the delays in service from the advisors.
Today I went to the payment center to pay a university bill. The woman at register 3, without even trying to scan the barcode, said it wouldn't work because it was malfunctioning. She scanned the barcode again and said no, it wasn't working, and I'd have to come back on Monday. However, not satisfied with the answer, I went to the Portal 80 branch, and the woman at register 2 did help us, and it only took 15 minutes to make the payment.
The average wait time for customer service is two hours. Tellers refuse bills with torn corners, even if the serial number is complete, and send the customer to Davivienda.
