The service is incredibly slow; there are three staff members and one person on the phone all day. Sometimes people are let in without an appointment; there's supposed to be a system in place.

The office is packed, the scheduling is messed up, someone's waiting their turn, people who've been there less time are the first to be called in, what a terrible distribution system
How lazy this office is....how crowded....we look like we're packed like a sardine box and the service is so-so...very slow
