I always find the staff at the Huddersfield branch to be courteous and helpful. Very happy to bank with an ethical bank - just wished the phone banking matched up to this. Always check their opening hours on Google for up-to-date times/days.

Used this branch Monday 22 June 2020 to pay in cheques. No hand sanitising stations or products available which is very poor & a health hazard given its difficult not to touch the counter when you're handing over cheques etc. Sunderland City has recently been a hot-spot of Covid 19 & for a Sunderland City Centre branch not to have adequate sanitising procedures for its customers is terrible. Couldn't wait to get back to car to sanitise my hands!.

Dreadful opening times .4 pm closing and closed Saturday.Will be moving our accounts asp.

Poor service been constantly trying to get statements. Even contacted customer service they arranged for a quarterly statement and I'm still waiting. Obviously not a customer focus company! Just to add I'm no longer with this bank for reasons I've mentioned,as with a lot of other businesses they don't listen to their customers eventually it will be to little to late.

Very unhappy with the service received today 1.1.2025. Total lack of interest or understanding by the phone operator. They decided to cancel an 85yr olds card so couldnt purchase his shopping, they did this without warning due to what they said was suspicious activity on his account they have since unlocked the card after their error but now he cant access online banking. My father is very ill at the moment as well as housebound and they ask he come into the bank to sort something out which wasnt our fault in the first place!!!!
