The Co-operative Bank - Ilford 101-105 High Road Ilford

Have been a customer here for 28 years and will now be moving my accounts . They happily let you get scammed at a cashpoint . Don’t investigate properly refund the money then snatch it back practically accusing you of theft ! Will battle them and move my accounts disgusting treatment ! Advisors can’t be bothered and blame other departments ..STEER CLEAR of the bank with no morals !!!!

Their online banking needs a card reader and yet there aren't any card readers in the whole building. Was offered non-existent tea and coffee and the staff were a bit condescending. Considering I was on hold with someone who then eventually told me to go into a branch, I am not happy with my banking experience with Cooperative

Sad that the branches are no longer open on Saturdays. I have tried to phone before their closing time but no one seems to answer the phone, and due to the hours I work I can't get to the branch during their hours. I tried to call the online banking but despite saying it was available 8-8 7 days a week, he helpline says we are already closed at 5.30 Sunday afternoon. The website has been going round and round all weekend. Very bad service, and very disappointed.

Very bad customer service on telephone banking, I spoke with (Lisa) today 22/05/23 she was asking many stupid question! she also refused to speak with her boss! as I wasn’t happy with her to continue my conversation!!! I asked her to close my bank straightaway with Co-operative…

Customer service alright if served by the women staff. The new guy in there gets upset If you withdraw your money better off travelling to another branch because of this guy.
