Banked here for a number of years - the staff are always helpful and friendly and waiting time to be served is always minimal

I want to say again a very heartfelt thanks to the young lady I saw in branch yesterday, Tuesday. I have a Co-op credit card and I was concerned that, although I think I have used it recently, I haven't had a statement since last year. Our local post service is unreliable so I was concerned that I missed payment. The young lady was able to access my account and resolve my concerns. THANKS AGAIN

This Bank and its Staff have looked after me during my adventures on and off for many years now. WAY back into the 1990's! They ran my first Company with me too, got axed in the insurance meltdown of 2008/9, can't win 'em all, learn some more, pick up the pieces, put them there fires out and start up all over again. I.e. no shenanigans, up and at 'em, recommended by me. Great savings accounts too, go see them..

I have been trying to report a scam that is using this bank address. After sending the emails to their fraud department showing the bank account details of the scammer. I received another email threatening to terminate my life if I disclosed the bank details. I have reported this to the police but the bank has done nothing to help me with this matter. The name of the scammer is Anthony Wheeler and the emails are being sent from a person called Chris Davis. PLEASE REPORT ANY EMAILS YOU RECEIVE FROM THESE 2 PEOPLE TO THE POLICE.
