Poor service been constantly trying to get statements. Even contacted customer service they arranged for a quarterly statement and I'm still waiting. Obviously not a customer focus company! Just to add I'm no longer with this bank for reasons I've mentioned,as with a lot of other businesses they don't listen to their customers eventually it will be to little to late.

Very impressed with the help that Jennifer gave me on Monday. Had huge problem with an account for a relative abroad and she took time to solve the problem. Didn’t think there was any banks left that would actually take time to help. Feel very encouraged to open my own account in the co op now. Thank you.

Had to sort something out today, the staff were really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to do all I needed.
