The Pushtan app tells you to change your PIN first. The Sparkasse website says to set up the Pushtan app first. The internet has been around for over 30 years, but Sparkasse still doesn't have a functioning online banking service. Why can't Sparkasse get anything done?

Prices keep getting higher and higher, but service keeps getting worse. Goodbye Sparkasse. Expensive, more expensive, Sparkasse. It's about time we listened to criticism instead of ignoring it.

It's a shame that less than one star isn't an option. I was at the Dransfeld branch today, and the employee at the counter was very unfriendly. Perhaps someone should remind her that she's a service provider. It's all about how you say it. It's strange that my request was handled immediately by phone at the main office.
