It's a shame that less than one star isn't an option. I was at the Dransfeld branch today, and the employee at the counter was very unfriendly. Perhaps someone should remind her that she's a service provider. It's all about how you say it. It's strange that my request was handled immediately by phone at the main office.
Considering how small the local savings bank is, I can't say anything negative about it, and I also can't comment on the bank employees.
