This branch was the source of private Information of Single women for Ahmad AL Ali to flirt with them and abuse his position in this bank. It’s nice that they get rid of him. But he still continues his abusive pattern in the other branch. Sparkasse should start an investigation on him.

Great Service, Mr Günther was a Sunshine, it was a delight to have him. We are very satisfied with the service and we recommend him very highly.

Terrible service. The bank in itself is fine, the call center operators are good, it's the employees themselves which are the problem. One employee in particular. I have been trying to get in touch with him for a month now, and since I can't visit the bank personally, as I am currently in Munich, he has not called me back for a single one of the multiple call back appointments I made. No answer to the emails sent, and in general extremely unhelpful. Thanks to him, my documents for the Ausländerbehörde are still incomplete (this was a blocked account for visa purposes) which has serious consequences, but of course this person is least bothered. So much for having faith in your bank to have your back.

Thanks for all the professional help and time that Mr. Al-Ali provided to my complicated case as a newcomer student in Germany. I will always appreciate it.
