I've already had a few appointments. I have to honestly say, I really like the S-Future concept. It's much more relaxed and much faster to gain an understanding of finances and options. You feel like you're on equal footing and no longer shy away from savings bank appointments. The advisors are all super nice. 👍

The way in which my transactions were questioned and the unprofessional communication in an email raise serious questions for me regarding customer service and data protection.
