I was today at post bank Jena. I opened a bank account for my business. Mrs Claudia Bauer was very friendly and quickly without any paper work open this bak account for me and I enjoyed from this service.

Avoid this place if you don't want to support AFD-like behavior! If you don't speak German fluently, don't expect to get much done here. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue here, but now it’s time to leave a review. The staff here are unfriendly, grumpy, and outright discriminatory. I speak basic German and can use Google Translate for help. Today, I didn’t understand one particular word a staff member said to me. I politely asked her to explain using different words, but she kept repeating the same word. When I then asked if any of the four staff members behind the cash desk could assist me in English, she bluntly said no one there speaks English. This behavior is unacceptable. It feels like a deliberate refusal to assist anyone who isn’t fluent in German. From the moment they sense you’re not fluent, they claim they "can’t help." Such an attitude is unprofessional, discriminatory, and frankly intolerant.

The consultant was so welcoming and resolved my issue with blocked account in less than half an hour. She also helped me with the main features of the App. The customer service was excellent.

Claudia Bauer is the sweetest. I don’t speak any German and she was very patient with me and explained things to me very nicely. She is very helpful and gives you the time to listen and fix your issues.

Just if you can speak German, you’ll be able to do something there. Staff are not friendly. They are grumpy and unfriendly. I know basic German , and can use my Google translate to communicate but the moment they see you are not fluent, they say they can’t help!
