I've been to the branch three times now because of problems with three accounts – all caused by this bank! I have NEVER, truly NEVER, encountered such an unfriendly, arrogant, and snarky person in my life as this woman who works at the branch. She simply passes on important matters, makes it abundantly clear that she doesn't want to help, and speaks condescendingly to everyone… it's absolutely unacceptable! I'm now considering switching banks – to one where I have dedicated contacts and not a computer voice or a terribly unfriendly person.
