I had a truly positive experience with Ms. Stamm's consultation. From the very beginning, I felt taken seriously and in good hands. Everything was explained calmly, clearly, and transparently – without any time pressure or sales pressure. I would particularly like to emphasize her friendly and empathetic manner. You can immediately tell that she does her work with passion and puts people first.

I'm extremely satisfied. My advisor, Mr. Repp, and his colleague, Ms. Klement, have always been incredibly helpful! I can't comment on the counter service, but as I said, I haven't had any bad experiences.

I've rarely seen such a terrible savings bank. The customer parking lot is fee-based, but there's no entrance to the branch itself. To actually get inside, you have to walk 3 km from the parking lot, just to pay the parking fees. It's an absolute nightmare for pensioners and people with disabilities. All the side entrances are blocked, making the experience of being in the bank a complete disaster. Finding an ATM requires navigating a maze of frosted glass. The waiting times are incredibly long; I could complete my own banking apprenticeship in that time. Furthermore, the staff's competence is appalling. This branch is the reason I would never move to Friedberg.

I wanted to transfer a very large sum of money to buy a car. I've been waiting for three days now for the payment to be credited to my seller's account, and I keep getting the runaround with "we'll call you back." I've never seen or experienced such behavior from any bank before! You can't find a real person to talk to; you only reach customer service representatives who can't do anything except say, "We don't currently know where your money is." If you expect good and fast service from a bank, under no circumstances should you go to Sparkasse Oberhessen.
