I've been a customer for 26 years now, and from my first Knaxx savings account to financing my first car to real estate financing, everything has gone smoothly. Customer service has always been friendly, and problems were resolved quickly and without red tape.

Initially, I received friendly and competent advice. I wanted to switch accounts because I'd moved, which was no problem. They explained that informing my creditors would also be no problem; they would do everything at the same time, but it would cost extra. They did that, but unfortunately, they didn't specify a date from which the creditors could debit the new account. Now my old account has been closed, and the new one is showing negative balances and chargebacks that I still have to pay, and I can't access my money at the moment.

A large and modern branch. ATMs, transfer terminals, and printers are accessible 24/7. There are also deposit machines for notes and coins. The staff are friendly, competent, and helpful.

The employees are not helpful at all, not all of them but more than half. I have been waiting for a call back for 2 days, no one answers and no one cares about the customers, not recommended at all!
