I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Sabrina Streckert. Every time I visit the Sparkasse Dillenburg branch, I find her to be highly competent, friendly, and attentive. She takes her time, listens carefully, and explains each step clearly and without any stress or feeling rushed. I would particularly like to emphasize that she also diligently addressed my concerns shortly before closing time and assisted me with setting up several accounts. It is evident that genuine customer service and meticulous work are important to her. The entire Sparkasse Dillenburg team is also consistently polite, respectful, and helpful. This unwavering commitment deserves recognition.
I wanted to exchange euros for dollars. At the Herborn branch, I was told I could easily do so in Dillenburg up to €300. So I drove all the way to Dillenburg – only to be told there that an exchange wasn't possible at all. The trip was completely pointless, which really annoyed me. I would have appreciated accurate information or at least consistent information across all branches.
We consulted with Ms. Schaffner about financing a construction project and were completely satisfied. The consultation was absolutely excellent – competent, easy to understand, and very friendly. We felt well taken care of and received the best possible advice at all times. Highly recommended!
Since my acquaintances are quite satisfied with the service of the Sparkasse Dillenburg/Haiger, I wanted to switch banks there. However, the account opening unfortunately didn't happen on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The appointment I had scheduled with an advisor at the Haiger branch for 3 p.m. the previous week failed due to her unpunctuality. At 3:14 p.m., I left the waiting area and departed.
I would like to share my experience with Ms. N. S., who inquired about a property, for days. Unfortunately, I received no response, either by email or by phone. It felt like I had to beg for every appointment. When I finally reached her by phone, she was very unfriendly. Based on this experience, I will no longer submit any property inquiries to Sparkasse Dillenburg in the future and cannot recommend it to anyone.
