The banking system in Germany is quite comprehensive, however Sparkasse makes it easy for international students to open a bank account and also their grievance forum is quite effective as I had a concern and approached them via mail and on the very same day it was resolved. I appreciate the efforts, however my only suggestion to the team at Sparkasse is, please try to launch your apps in English as well. Still worth 5 stars.

Very cosy considering it's a bank. Felt like I was in a little cafe in a cute little town. The clerks were nice and smiling all the time. They do speak some English. Can't deposit money or withdraw money from the counter so you have to use the atm's inside.

Excellent service. I am so glad for the support of Ms. Sinem Sen. She is always so supportive and helpful.
