The transition from Berliner Sparkasse to Sparkasse Hannover was made very easy and extremely comfortable for me. A welcoming culture where I feel fully valued as a customer. The respectful and appreciative way the staff treat each other is particularly noteworthy. The way Mr. Prohl professionally mentors the trainee alongside my request is truly remarkable. Developing young talent with heart and expertise. For me, this branch in Lehrte is a real find as a customer.
