Personally, I cannot recommend mediation. Ultimately, it's just a waste of time for everyone involved. I feel that the interests of the savings bank are predominantly represented, and I recommend pursuing legal action directly.
The Pushtan app tells you to change your PIN first. The Sparkasse website says to set up the Pushtan app first. The internet has been around for over 30 years, but Sparkasse still doesn't have a functioning online banking service. Why can't Sparkasse get anything done?
Prices keep getting higher and higher, but service keeps getting worse. Goodbye Sparkasse. Expensive, more expensive, Sparkasse. It's about time we listened to criticism instead of ignoring it.
