This is a big FRAUD. If I could put - 100 I would. My company sent wrongly an amount at a account owner at this bank. The owner accepted to return it. We did all the paperwork and my company have been charged for the investigation (faire, normal procedure). But now it's been four months. This bank got out the money from the account holder, keep it, never reach to bank bank, my company' banl has NO news from them. Nothing got returned. We I call them, they tell me the owner only can have the information. When the owner call them, they say it's in process........... But they never gave the money back neither to my bank, neither in the company's account. THEY KEEP IT !!! I am seriously thinking to do a complaint to the Department for Economic Policy and Economic Order.

Ms. Türk is truly an amazing employee, I’ve had no plans to open an account as I was just there to get an appointment for that. But she took care of it all and opened the account same day. I was quiet nervous because as an International student i’ve had no prior experience on banking. She explained me everything i needed to know step by step and answered all my questions.
