Berliner Sparkasse - SB-Center 4 Hackescher Markt Mitte

This place needs urgent security improvement. I was there around 16:45 on the 17th of December 2025. Inside of the department, right near with the cash machines sat an absolutely drunken person. Who, while I was getting my cash, stood up, almost fell on another cash machine, went behind it and started peeing. I was terrified to my bones. I literally rushed out of the place and made a proof of what was going on for the police (see my video, attached to this post). I am shocked of this situation. Never fucking ever again. I better use an ATM and get taxed for getting cash from my visa than use my debit in this department...

There no customer care service on Saturday but in Google map it show C/C service which is wrong. There is only ATM

The employees Hackescher Markt 4, 10178 Berlin, seems too lazy, too tired or very sad. No empathy at all with customer. So often I go there, the face I see is from someone that feels annoying by customers which makes them to stand up from their chairs. Maybe he needs holidays. They may need! Always trying to push clients for online banking. Dont you understand that some people simple just don't like online transactions? I am client of other German banks in Berlin, which does provide supporting and letters in English. When I asked the information why I am paying for every single transaction: The answer was: you have been informed by letter and had 3 months to change your type account. So, if I have to show all my letters (private information) to Lawyers or anyone in order to fully understanding what Sparkasse send me, I believe there is NO POINT in have account in this Bank. The option I have is to cancel my account?? Because I am in Deutschland du muss deutsch sprechen? Ok! I

The Place was Amazing I came by sunlight and was stunned by the Beautiful People that work there.
