I felt so bad i even wanted to put that client to her space because she's been so rude,but Johanna Bonolo keep on smiling on her because costumer is always right.

I now understand the reason for the upgrade to chairs in the bank. Only 3 tellers!! Whilst peple are taking of work to come and sit and wait. Then teller number 2 disappear. 2 tellers left. Now 15 monutes without teller 2. Told my work I will be gone for 1 hour. Just going to transfer money quickly. I am moving to FMB.

Waiting line always more than 1 to 2 hours at any time through the week and Saterdays. Operations managemant a huge problem.

It is my third time coming in to this bank for the same request - a company bank card. I originally got a notification to come collect my card and upon arrive at the bank my company account was accidentally closed. I had to reopen the account and come back twice. Each time I waiting around 40 minutes to get service as there is generally only 1 banker working at any given time. I recommend using CAPITEC or FNB 😌

15 people waiting in a line at the information desk, with one person to help these customers. A staff introduced herself as part of management was extremely rude when a number of asked for more bank officials to assist. I left the line after waiting for more than an hour without any one being assisted If this is the way that ABSA treats its clients I will be closing all of my account

There is only person behind the Customer service desk with 11 people waiting. There is ALSO no one at the front desk so we wasted an hour and a half just to be informed that we need to see another consultant. The consultants also misinformed us regarding in which line to sit and wait after we had to go look for someone to ask a question. Unacceptable.
